r77bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") operates a reliable online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Member") and the Company.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the r77bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all products and services of r77bd, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, lottery and other entertainment gaming products. These Terms must be read together with any promotional offers, bonus terms and the privacy policy.

1.2 Age Restriction

The r77bd platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may at any time request an identity document or other proof to verify age. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active account. Having multiple accounts under the same individual will be treated as fraudulent activity and all associated accounts will be closed.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

• All information provided at registration must be completely true and accurate.
• Full name, date of birth and contact details must be provided as they appear on your identity document.
• Any change to your information must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
• The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from the provision of incorrect information.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing your password with anyone, sharing your account or allowing a third party to operate your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can currently be deposited on the r77bd platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• We sincerely encourage members to avoid playing with credit card funds or borrowed money.
• Deposits generally take a few minutes to process into the account; if there is a delay due to network issues, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification may need to be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The Company reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

r77bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• After receiving the bonus, you must complete a wager of 10 times the total of the deposit and the bonus.
• If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• The bonus may only be used on eligible games — the eligible list is subject to change.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed once per member and once per household / address / device.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are at the discretion of r77bd and the Company reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel them at any time. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• A bonus will only be credited to the account for which it was issued.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account.
• The Company reserves the right to reclaim any bonus incorrectly awarded due to a system error.
• If misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is proven, the account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

The r77bd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Starting from Bronze, you can progress to higher tiers through active play. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

5.1 Bet Placement Terms

Once any bet or game round on the r77bd platform is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Sufficient funds must be available in the account for each bet.

• If a game is disrupted due to a technical fault, the Company reserves the right to void the affected rounds.
• If a server or software fault on the part of a game provider is proven, the relevant bets will not be paid out.
• A maximum win limit per single game session may apply — the member will be notified separately.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or ends in a draw, the bet will be refunded unless special rules apply.

5.2 Maximum Payout

r77bd reserves the right to set maximum payout limits for specific games or betting events. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out. Members may contact the support team to ask about maximum payouts before playing.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be immediately closed, funds will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Placing coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Registering using a false identity or forged identity documents.
• Threatening, harassing or deceiving other members.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

r77bd places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption and all financial transactions are conducted through secure channels.

7.1 Data Collection and Use

• Member data is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verification and security.
• Personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared when required by legal obligation or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• Gaming history and transaction records are retained for a specified period.

8.1 Company Rights

r77bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or documents.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• System abuse or an attempt to hack.

8.2 Member's Own Request for Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Before closure, all active bonus wagering requirements will be settled and any remaining valid funds will then be available for withdrawal.

r77bd believes that online gaming is simply a form of entertainment. We are committed to protecting members and take active steps to prevent gambling addiction.

• Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• Cooling-off period and self-exclusion options are available.
• If signs of addiction are observed, the company may restrict an account on its own initiative.
• We maintain strict age-verification measures to protect minors.

10.1 Filing a Complaint

If a member has a dispute regarding any transaction, payout, or game result, they must submit a complaint to the support team within 30 days of the incident. The complaint must clearly state: account ID, date and time, details of the game or transaction involved, and the amount claimed.

10.2 Resolution Process

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
• For complex matters, the investigation may take additional time, and the member will be kept updated.
• The game provider's server logs will be considered as final evidence.
• A fair review of the company's decision is available upon request.

r77bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, 7 days' prior notice will be given via the registered email address or through the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If a member does not accept the changes, they may close their account at any time.
